Independent Contractor Notice

The only relationship between Dick Ferguson Licensed Massage Therapy, LLC, and Healing Hands Therapeutic Massage Center is that they are Independent Contractors of one another at the latter’s premises. There is no other relationship between them. Neither is a partner, agent, or employee of the other; neither has the legal authority to bind the other; and they are each separately responsible for the actions of their own employees.
